Paradox Graphic.jpg

We all wrestle through things that don’t easily click. The journey through our faith and the Bible are not removed from this tension we call - paradox. Often times it’s in the grey areas of our lives that God does he best work but are we willing to wade through the mud and chaos and find beauty along the road to peace and clarity?

Easter Celebration (04-11-2020)

Jesus was full of paradoxical moments and statements. His life in many ways is summarized by them and this is often how he is defined. How does a man without sin, become the sin for us? How does God become man? How does a king become a servant? All of these cause us confront the messiness of Jesus and the Easter story brings us up close and personal to it.

The Yoke (04-18-2020)

As carriers of the Spirit of God we are reminded through 1 John that love is the most powerful way to light up the room. Because God is love and God is light we are given two of the most basic descriptors of our Creator in this letter. As simple as the message is, the hope of transformation requires us to never stop illuminating the world around us with the Good News.
