This advent season we are going to unpack the three key aspects of how God has arrived in the form of His Son, Jesus. Each week in our Gatherings we will be reminded of how God is at work currently, how God has worked in the past, and look ahead to His plan of working all things together in the end.

Our Redeemer (12-07-2019)

Throughout the holiday season we get glimpses of who God is as the world celebrates Christmas. These moments in the shadows are reminders of the character of God that we see outlined throughout Scripture. In our first week of Arrival, we are reminded of the powerful story that Jesus has come to deliver us. Thankfully we can look back and see this isn't the first time God has done this kind of work.

As we celebrate Advent we continue our series by focusing on the unlikely story of the shepherds. Being the first to experience the glory of God as angels usher in the birth of Christ. Focusing on what happens when the glory of God shows up helps us align our hearts for this season and the seasons to come.

The Hope (12-21-2019)

The hope of the world became flesh and moved into the neighborhood yet every day we confuse waiting for a miracle and trusting in God’s providence.  As we celebrate Christmas let us not only remember the story of Christ’s birth but also look ahead to the hope we have in his next arrival.
